The Banking, Finance & Capital Markets practice, led by Carolina Zang and María Angélica Grisolía, advises and represents banks, companies, and financial institutions, both local and international, in a wide range of complex transactions.

In Banking and Finance, we advise clients on loans, refinancing, public offering regimes, trusts, and guarantee instruments, among other matters. We also represent them in regulatory and compliance issues and provide services related to corporate liability restructuring, negotiation of financial obligations, corporate structuring, conflict prevention and resolution, financial planning, and advisory on various investment products.

Regarding Capital Markets, our team provides legal services in transactions such as IPOs and follow-ons, public takeover bids (OPAs), and withdrawal from public offering regimes. We also advise clients on bond issuances, debt securities, negotiable obligations, SME financing, CEDEAR issuances, sovereign debt, and mutual funds.

This practice spans multiple sectors, including banking, real estate, agribusiness, mining, cryptocurrencies, shopping centers, investment, and trusts.
