1. Scope of Application

 This policy applies exclusively to the personal data that users may provide to us through:
-Contact form (full name, email, message).
-“Work with Us” section (full name, email, CV)..

2. Purposes of Data Processing

 Data is used to:

-Respond to inquiries and requests.

-Evaluate job applications. Data will not be used for other purposes without prior consent.

3. Legal Basis / Legitimacy

Processing is carried out with the free, express, and informed consent of the data subject in accordance with Law 25,326.

4.Data Retention and Deletion

Inquiry data will be retained for 1 year, unless the inquiry results in a professional relationship with ZBV, in which case it will be stored for 10 years from the last interaction with the client. CVs will be stored for 5 years, a period during which the profiles provided may be useful for personnel searches conducted by ZBV. After these retention periods, data will be securely deleted with no possibility of recovery.

5. Security and Confidentiality

ZBV Abogados adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Data Sharing / Transfers

Data will not be shared with third parties without the data subject’s consent, except where required by law. Data will be stored on ZBV servers, provided by Microsoft through its 365 service, and therefore will be transferred to the United States, a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection according to the Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information. The data subject gives express consent for ZBV to carry out this transfer. Nevertheless, Microsoft maintains the highest global standards of information security and protection, and only ZBV will have access to the data.

7. Data Subject Rights

Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating, and deletion of their data. To do so, they may submit a request at ZBV offices or send an email to info@zbv.com.ar with the subject “Exercise of Personal Data Rights” and a description of the right to be exercised. ZBV will provide a method for the data subject to validate their identity before processing the request. In case of inaction or errors in processing the request, the data subject may submit a complaint to the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection within the Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, which has the power to receive complaints, conduct investigations, and enforce compliance with the law where applicable.
