The Litigation, Mediation & Arbitration practice, led by Rodrigo S. Bustingorry and Carlos Ángel M. Ferrario, advises both domestic and international clients, whether individuals or legal entities, in resolving a wide range of disputes. The team assists and represents clients in low, medium, and high-complexity conflicts at all stages and through all available channels. They provide professional advice and representation in litigation, domestic and international arbitration, as well as in alternative dispute resolution methods such as negotiation and pre-litigation mediation.

Our team has extensive experience in contractual and corporate disputes, banking, damages claims, insolvency and bankruptcy, real estate, consumer protection —including class actions—, labor law, foreign exchange regulations, and intellectual property. In arbitration, we represent clients before leading national and international centers, including proceedings under ICC, UNCITRAL, AAA, and ICSID rules, among others.
