He is a corporate lawyer specializing in conflict resolution and management. He advises and represents clients in judicial proceedings, arbitrations, negotiations, and in the prevention of civil and commercial disputes. He assists and represents clients in mediations and negotiations for alternative dispute resolution and serves as an arbitrator in ad hoc arbitrations and before various bodies, including the Arbitration and Mediation Tribunal of the Buenos Aires Notaries Association, CEMA, and the Arbitration Tribunal of the San Isidro Bar Association. In addition, Rodrigo has extensive experience in consumer law, having served as a conciliator for the Consumer Relations Pre-Conciliation Service (COPREC) and as a conciliator in the Pre-Conciliation System of the Judiciary of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Rodrigo earned his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and completed specializations in Corporate Legal Advisory and Bankruptcy & Insolvency at the same institution. He teaches Commercial Law and Bankruptcy & Insolvency at UBA and postgraduate courses at various universities, as well as at the Public Bar Association of Buenos Aires and the San Isidro Bar Association.
