He specializes in the planning, structuring, and negotiation of complex corporate transactions, including share sales, subscription agreements, business collaboration agreements, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as public tenders. His experience spans multiple industries, including real estate, media & entertainment, hospitality, sports, mining, technology, fintech, crypto, banking, construction, and healthcare.

Pablo earned his law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina and gained experience in the judiciary as a clerk in commercial courts and in the public sector as Director of the Real Estate Administration Department of the City of Buenos Aires. He also worked as a foreign associate at Clifford Chance in London.

He is a member of the Council of the Chamber of Corporations and of the Council of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, Co-Chair of the Buenos Aires City Chapter of the American Bar Association, and a member of the International Trade Committee of AmCham. Additionally, he teaches at the Universidad Católica Argentina.
