He specializes in data protection, privacy, and digital transformation, combining legal, technological, and regulatory expertise. He is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), President of the Latin American Privacy Association, and a distinguished member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Additionally, he is the co-founder and CEO of Contractia, a pioneering company in electronic signatures.
In academia, Juan Pablo has taught in the Specialization in IT Law at the University of Buenos Aires Law School, in the Cybercrime Diploma at the Faculty of Social Sciences, and in the Postgraduate Program in Digital Business at the Faculty of Economics of the same university. He has also taught in Compliance programs at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, Universidad del Aconcagua, and Universidad del Museo Social Argentino. He currently serves as co-director and instructor of the Executive Legal Education Programs on “Personal Data Protection” and “Artificial Intelligence & Law” at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
