He advises on contractual matters and business structuring, and participates in mergers and acquisitions as well as complex corporate transactions across various industries —including real estate, agribusiness, and commercial and financial developments, among others. With over three decades of experience at the firm, he provides strategic insight and serves as a trusted advisor to clients in their key business decisions.

Juan Manuel earned his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and was part of the in-house legal team at Banco Mercantil Argentino —now Banco Patagonia. He worked as a foreign associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP in New York. In 2024, he completed the Postgraduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Law at the University of Buenos Aires.

He serves on the boards of public and private companies, bringing his expertise across multiple sectors.
