He has over 25 years of experience advising banks on structured loans, trusts, out-of-court restructurings, and banking litigation, in addition to expertise in general corporate law and M&A. He regularly participates in the acquisition of companies and distressed assets, representing local and international groups, funds, and banks in the strategy and execution of their transactions to minimize risk.

Francisco earned his law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina and holds a Master’s in Business Law (LL.M.) from Universidad Austral. He began his career at Bulló Abogados, where he became a partner in 2014, always focusing on corporate practice, particularly insolvency and restructurings.

He is an active member of numerous institutions and associations, including the Buenos Aires Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the IDEA Corporate Lawyers Network, and Mackrell International. He also teaches Bankruptcy and Insolvency at Universidad Católica Argentina and is a visiting professor at DePaul University in Chicago.
