He is involved in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of some of Argentina’s most significant real estate transactions. He specializes in real estate, agribusiness, competition law, and insurance.

Fernando earned his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and completed a postgraduate program in Corporate Law at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa. He is the author of numerous articles and specialized publications on real estate and teaches Real Estate and Agribusiness Law in the Master’s in Business Law programs at Universidad de San Andrés and Universidad del CEMA.
