Privatizations.
ZBV advised on the privatizations of YPF, Gas del Estado, local water companies, Gas de Montevideo (Uruguay), Distribuidora de Gas NEA Mesopotámica, Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB), Caja Nacional de Ahorro y Seguro, and Correo Nacional.

El Hogar Obrero – Abasto Shopping.
ZBV participated in structuring the “Abasto” project, which required an unprecedented acquisition strategy, and later took part in negotiating and implementing various agreements that enhanced the value of one of Buenos Aires’ most iconic landmarks: the Abasto Shopping Mall.

Abril Country Club.
ZBV took part in the creation of the first country club in Argentina through the acquisition of the shares of the former “Estancia Abril,” located in Hudson, Province of Buenos Aires.

IRSA and CRESUD IPOs.
ZBV advised (and continues to advise) two of Argentina’s most important issuers—pioneers in accessing the public offering regime in Argentina and the United States: IRSA, a leader in the real estate market (NYSE: IRS), and Cresud, an agricultural company (NASDAQ: CRESY).

Parque de la Costa.
ZBV advised Fenix Entertainment Group on the acquisition of Parque de la Costa, Argentina’s largest amusement park, covering approximately 14 hectares across from the Delta in Tigre, Province of Buenos Aires. The transaction included the purchase of shares, a property, and an outstanding credit owed by Parque de la Costa.

Pro.Cre.Ar.
ZBV Abogados advised Banco Hipotecario, trustee of the Pro.Cre.Ar. Trust, a national government program aimed at the construction and acquisition of housing.

Quantum Libertador and Bellini Esmeralda Trusts..
ZBV Abogados advised Land Group, Manibil, and Arupac on the formation of trusts for the development of real estate projects in the City of Buenos Aires.

Iconic Manhattan buildings:

ZBV advised the Argentine Rugby Union (UAR) on the purchase of the property and the subsequent development and construction (currently ongoing) of Argentina’s first National Rugby Center, including agreements with contractors, project managers, service providers, and regulatory compliance.
